Heavy item (£35)

Our heavy item charge applies to most items on the site. The £35 charge covers an unlimited amount of items, so the most you will ever pay for delivery is £35.

You will be contacted by us with a confirmed delivery date and an am/pm slot with at least 48 hours notice.

These items are usually delivered with our own drivers so the following restrictions apply :-

• We do not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight.

• We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes

  • AB,DD,KW,KY,PA,PH,IV

• The following postcodes incur an additional £35 delivery surcharge

  • DG,EH,FK,G,TD,KA,ML

Large Parcels (£15)

The Large Parcels band covers items which we don't need to deliver ourselves, but can be sent with a nationwide delivery service to keep costs low.

The maximum total basket charge for items of this type is £30.

You will be notified when your item has been dispatched and given any tracking numbers that apply to your consignment.

Small Parcels (£5)

This band covers smaller parcels that can also be sent with a national courier service, but aren't big or heavy enough to warrant the Large Parcels charge.

The maximum total basket charge for items of this type is £10.
