Delivery
We currently operate three delivery services; the applicable delivery charge is shown on each item page. Each band is explained below :-
All items must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Large Furniture Items £25
- The Large Furniture charge of £25 is a pre-booked, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, 2 man delivery service to the room of your choice, with packaging removed for recycling by the courier if requested.
- The Standard charge covers your entire order regardless of the number of items.
- If your order is in stock and you are available to receive your order, delivery will be within a maximum of 10 working days. You will be emailed to notify you of dispatch and our courier will call you within 24 hours of dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery date and AM/PM time window. You will also be called on the day of your delivery 1 hour before the delivery team is due to arrive with an estimated time of arrival and to check address details.
- We cannot guarantee delivery on a requested date, the courier service will offer you possible delivery dates for your furniture and will do their best to arrange a date that is most convenient for you. We ask you to make sure you can make yourself available on one of the dates offered to you or your delivery will not be able to proceed.
- If possible please supply more than one contact number , please also make sure you are available on the number(s) you have supplied.
- A signed proof of delivery with an authorised adult is required, however if pre-authorised the order can be left with a neighbour or in a secure place.
- If you are not available on the agreed delivery day, a re-delivery charge will need to be paid to cover the cost of either the second delivery attempt or return delivery to Casa Bella. If you fail to be available at the agreed time of delivery our delivery team will leave a card advising you to contact the delivering DC to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Small Furniture Items £10
- The Small furniture charge of £10 is for a parcel or pallet delivery service. If your order is in stock it will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment. You will be notified via email that your order has been dispatched and supplied with a tracking number and contact details to track your delivery.
- Small furniture items are normally delivered within 5 working days or payment.
Small Package Items £5
- The small package charge is for small items and soft furnishings and is delivered via Royal Mail or an equivalent service. The small package items are normally delivered within 5 working days of payment.
Delivery Surcharges
- The standard delivery charges only apply to England and Wales, a delivery surcharge applies to deliveries to Scotland and other offshore locations. Large Furniture Items will be subject to a surcharge of £15 and Small Furniture Items will incur a £5 Surcharge.

Collection from our Warehouse
- To avoid a delivery charge we can arrange for a collection from our warehouse in Westbury, Wiltshire.
- Collections are by appointment only and can usually be arranged between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Friday and between 11.00am and 3.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays
- All collections must be pre-arranged - please contact us after purchase to arrange a convenient collection date and time.
Delivery Access
- Please remember it is your responsibility to make sure there are no access or space restrictions at the time of your delivery
- It is important to make sure you measure the designated area and access ways for your new furniture; all of our products will be packaged for transit and we ask you to allow a 50mm tolerance on all product dimensions
- Please also consider skirting boards, staircases, doorways and lifts when measuring up.
- Unfortunately, should we deliver an item and find it will not fit due to lack of measuring, a collection charge will be applied
Stock Due Items
If your order is in stock and you are available to receive your order, delivery will be made within a maximum of 10 working days.
If the item is listed as delivery in a certain number of weeks, this means the item will be in stock in this number of weeks and will be dispatched once it is back in stock.
If you have placed an order including an item that is out of stock, we will wait until your whole order is in stock to arrange your delivery. If you would prefer to have items delivered separately as and when they are in stock, this can be arranged for an additional delivery charge. Please contact us to discuss this further.
The number of weeks listed on the product pages shows the estimated delivery time of ail furniture items. This is only an approximation and so cannot be guaranteed.
