At Casa Bella, we aim to not only provide you with the best, high quality furniture possible, but make sure it gets to you as soon as possible. All of our products are made by hand and this can mean there are times when we are waiting for items to be made but anything that is in stock or has a listed waiting time will be with you close to that date.

At Christmas, it becomes more important to know you’ll get your furniture before family and friends arrive and you’re left with nowhere for them to sit, eat or sleep! We offer guaranteed delivery on purchases made before or on Monday 16th December 2013 to arrive by Christmas. However, there are some things you need to know.

Things to watch out for

When making your order there are some things to watch out for – especially if you are looking for delivery before Christmas. Some areas of the UK are harder to deliver to and also have a surcharge, which must be paid and this needs to be taken into account. This includes Scotland and some of England and Wales, so ordering as early as possible is important.

If you are unavailable at the required time of delivery, the next available slot may be after Christmas. This is why we need you to be as flexible as possible and we will do everything we can to do the same but because this time of year is so busy, it’s a real challenge making sure everyone gets their order on time.

There is also the option for you to arrange a pickup time from our warehouse if you are able to transport the item yourself but for larger pieces of furniture you may need help loading and unloading and we cannot guarantee that support so please bear this in mind.

There are other things to watch out for but these are the main things that, coming into this busy Christmas period, we wanted you to be aware of to avoid problems. Save the date

To avoid disappointment, make sure you order and complete payment on or before the 16th December 2013! We will do everything we can to be as accommodating as possible but it is a busy time and the more flexible you can be, the better the chances of making sure everything goes to plan. You still have plenty of time before the deadline, and the earlier you order, the earlier your furniture will arrive.
