Our summer sale starts on June 7th and ends on August 31st.

During our Summer Sale, you can enjoy discounts of up to 50% off on selected items across a variety of ranges. You can also gain credit (to be used on clearance items only) when you spend a certain amount on non-clearance items. You can check out the full T&Cs below to find out more.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. If you need to initiate a return, please note that a delivery fee may be charged for the collection of the returned items. In most cases, the return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend reviewing our complete return policy terms and conditions prior to making a purchase to understand the associated costs and processes for returns. Our customer service team will be happy to provide you with more details and guidance regarding returns if needed.

Clearance items are offered both in-store and online. However, stock availability may differ between the two channels. If you wish to view clearance items in person at our showroom, we recommend providing advance notice to our customer service team:

  • For weekday visits, please allow at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • For weekend visits, please provide notice well in advance, as our warehouse staff are not available during these days.

This advance notice will allow us to ensure that the desired clearance items are readily available for you to view and consider during your visit. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with any specific requests or inquiries regarding clearance item availability.

Free standard delivery is offered on all orders above £800 within the UK mainland.

Our standard delivery service is carried out by a single person. However, for larger or heavier items that require two people for safe delivery and handling, we provide the option to select a 2-person delivery service during checkout for an additional fee.

The credit obtained through the qualifying spend is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser in the same transaction. Once the transaction is completed without redeeming the credit, it will be considered that the customer has chosen not to avail the offer for clearance items. The credit cannot be used or transferred for any subsequent purchases.

No special code is required; discounts are already deducted in our summer sale, and credit is automatically applied at checkout for those who are eligible.

The qualifying amount and discount calculations displayed during checkout are considered final. In the event of any calculation error, the transaction can be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided. Casa Bella Furniture reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any disputes or discrepancies, and their decision shall be binding and non-negotiable.

No, there is no limit to the number of clearance items you can purchase, while supplies last. You will, however, only be able to redeem one credit.

Yes, items may be added to the clearance section throughout the sale, so be sure to check back often.

You can check the availability of clearance items on our website or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Although we do our best to present accurate stock levels, in the rare case that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a refund or suggest an alternative item if available.

No, the up to 50% discount is only applicable on selected items that are marked as part of the Summer Sale. The discount may vary from product to product and some product categories, or items may be excluded.

No, the Summer Sale Promotion cannot be applied to purchases made before the sale period.

The Clearance section includes heavily discounted items that can be viewed from the main menu Sale>Clearance item.

No, only non-clearance items count towards the minimum spend threshold for the credit.

No, only one credit can be applied per transaction.

No, the credit has no cash value.

0% interest credit options are available for qualifying customers, subject to approval.

Offer Period:

The Summer Sale Promotion is valid for a limited time only from June 7th to August 31st.

Discount Details:

Up to 50% discount applicable on selected items, as marked on the website and in-store.

The credit values are based on the total qualifying spend amount: 

  • Spend £500 or more (excluding clearance items) to get £100 off any clearance item(s)
  • Spend £750 or more (excluding clearance items) to get £150 off any clearance item(s)
  • Spend £1000 or more (excluding clearance items) to get £200 off any clearance item(s)

Eligibility:

The qualifying spend amount must be reached in a single transaction.

Only non-clearance items count towards the qualifying spend threshold for the credit.

Clearance items are excluded from the qualifying spend which is automatically calculated at check-out. Once check-out is completed, it is understood that the customer has chosen not to take any clearance item.

The credit can only be redeemed against items listed under the “Sales > Clearance” section online or clearly marked as clearance in-store.

Voucher Usage:

Only one credit can be applied per transaction.

Credit has no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Credit is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser only.

Exclusions:

This promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases or combined with any other offers.

Certain brands, product categories, or items may be excluded from this promotion at Casa Bella’s discretion.
