Furniture For Your Home, And Your Future
When it comes to furnishing your home, it’s more than just choosing pieces that fit your current style. It’s about creating a space that evolves
When you have a garden, company and plenty of food to cook, a barbecue is always the best plan! It’s something that brings everyone together and makes use of the nice weather to do something a bit different from the normal routine.
Not even the weather can stop the most determined barbecue fanatics and here we’ll be looking at the essentials you need to make every barbecue a success – once you actually have your barbecue, of course.
Is your garden ready?
How many people are you expecting? Do they all need access to a table at the same time? We have a huge range of garden furniture sets for you to choose from, with one of our favourites being the Wiltshire 4-Seater Round Teak Set, although we have table sizes from two people up to eight! With the right care, teak furniture will last for years and prove to be incredibly popular and the beauty of this set is that they can be easily folded away and stored when not in use, so having extra chairs isn’t difficult when they can stored away easily.
Another option is the Sorrento Light Synthetic Rattan Set, which uses a material designed to withstand all weather conditions throughout the year while being comfortable and appealing in your garden. This is harder to store away but the idea is that you don’t need too and they can be more comfortable than wooden furniture – especially without cushions.
Making use of the light
While the summer months come with longer days and more light, as the evenings settle in the light will drop. That doesn’t have to mean the end of your barbecue, party or gathering, however. There are a number of garden lighting options for you to choose from that can make sure you get the most use out of your garden and barbecue, and we’re happy to have these great products at Casa Bella Furniture.
Our Rechargeable Parasol Light is a great option for when you want to sit around a garden table as the light drops but you’re not ready to call it a night. These are bright lights and come with rechargeable batteries so there are no wires needed. For a softer effect throughout your garden or specific area, we’d have to go for the Coach Solar Lights Twin Pack to take the edge of the increasing darkness.
Be prepared come rain or shine
We all know how quickly the weather can change in Britain – even in the summer. Knowing as we do what the weather can be like there are ways to protect your barbecue from disaster, even if it means you eat the food inside!
If you have a covered area, such as a patio then when the rain starts, it can be the perfect place for your barbecue. It’s still an open space so the smoke will clear quickly. Other options include having a marquee up and ready but if this isn’t ready it can take time or another protective cover but you must make sure that whatever you use can withstand the heat and is well ventilated. Safety is the most important thing for you, your family and guests.
