Are you still delivering?

Yes. We are continuing to book and schedule deliveries as usual, although cannot always offer an unpacking service at present.  If you require unpacking, please let us know after your order and we'll get in touch to confirm how we will arrange this.

Can you hold my order until a later date?

Yes.  We can store your order until you are ready. If you do not wish to receive your delivery yet and would prefer to let us know when you're ready to receive it, just let us know and we can keep your order set aside until you're ready.  There is no limit on how long we can hold your order for, but we may contact you from time-to-time to update you on the current status of deliveries and any new or removed restrictions.

Is there any risk of your company failing and me losing my money?

Casa Bella have been trading since 2005 and are fully secure as a company.  You can contact us at any time by e-mail at [email protected], even in the event of a temporary shutdown of businesses, and we will be on-hand to reply, within 24 hours, to answer any questions you may have.

If I want to postpone my delivery until I'm ready, can I secure items with a deposit rather than paying in full?

Yes - we can accept a 50% fully-refundable deposit on any order if you do not wish to accept delivery yet.  Please contact us on 01225 66 78 78 (Mon-Sat 09:30-17:30, Sun 10:00-16:00), or by e-mail at [email protected], and we'll be happy to process your order for you.  You can cancel at any time before delivery for a full refund including any applicable delivery charges.

Are you practising social distancing during deliveries?

For their driver(s) protection, disposable gloves and masks are being used and driver(s) are trying to maintain a minimum 1m distance from customers at all times. Items cannot always be taken upstairs while maintaining a safe distance.  If you require any item(s) to be taken upstairs, please let us know so we can arrange this for you.

If you have the option for us to deliver into a safe location such as a garage or porch, just let us know and we will be happy to arrange this for you.  The driver can sign on your behalf with your permission, or you can leave a signed note for the driver to take away.  The driver will take a photograph of the item in situ for any deliveries completed where you are not present to witness it.
