Delivery Lead Times
Please note, deliveries through November and December may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered, depending on your location. We are working hard to dispatch all orders safely and efficiently, and prioritising our schedules and workload to ensure we can deliver all orders before Christmas (see more details below).
Christmas Delivery
Pre-Christmas delivery is guaranteed on most in-stock items ordered on or before Sunday 10th December* (for Large Furniture Items), and on or before 17th December for Small Furniture items. Please check each product page for Christmas delivery availability. If in doubt, please ask and we will be happy to advise.
*Delays beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions that affect delivery vehicles, may impact our ability to achieve delivery before Christmas. Please order as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment. Please note that some orders may be delivered via pallet in order to ensure delivery before Christmas Eve.
We operate three delivery services, depending on the size/weight of the product. The applicable delivery charge is shown on each item page. Each band is explained below:-
All items must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Large Furniture Items - £24.95 (per order)
- The Large Furniture charge of £24.95 is a pre-booked, Monday to Friday, 7am - 9pm delivery service to a downstairs room of your choice*
- If your order is in stock and you are available to receive your order, delivery will usually be within a maximum of 10 working days. Please note that on rare occasions we may be unable to deliver within 10 working days for logistical reasons.
- You will be usually be contacted within 5 working days of your order to propose a delivery date and 4-hour timeslot. If the proposed date/time is inconvenient, you can reject it and a new date/slot will be proposed after new routes have been planned.
- On the day of delivery, the driver will call 30-60 minutes before their expected arrival time.
- The standard charge of £24.95 covers your entire order regardless of the number of items.
- We cannot guarantee delivery on a requested date or timeslot; we will offer you possible delivery dates for your furniture and will do their best to arrange a date that is most convenient for you. We ask you to make sure you can make yourself available on one of the dates offered to you or your delivery may not be able to proceed. Return charges may apply if the item needs to be returned to Casa Bella.
- If possible, please supply more than one contact number. Please also make sure you are available on the number(s) you have supplied.
- A signed proof of delivery with an authorised adult is required, however, if pre-authorised, the order can be left with a neighbour or in a secure place.
- If you are not available on the agreed delivery day and the assigned time slot, a re-delivery charge may need to be paid to cover the cost of either the second delivery attempt or return delivery to Casa Bella.
- The standard delivery charge applies to all areas in England and Wales - a surcharge applies to deliveries to some postcodes in Scotland. Surcharges are payable in addition to any standard delivery charges and you will be contacted after your order is placed if a surcharge applies. Please see the rate list below for details of all surcharges :

** "Offshore" refers to any location that is not on the UK mainland, including the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly.
Large Parcel Items £9.95 (Saturday upgrade £16.95)
- The Small furniture charge of £9.95 is for a parcel or delivery service. If your order is in stock it will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment. You will be notified via email that your order has been dispatched and supplied with a tracking number and contact details to track your delivery.
- This service can be upgraded to a Saturday delivery for £16.95 (applies to mainland postcodes only, excluding Scottish Highlands).
- Large parcel items are normally delivered within 5 working days of payment.
- The standard delivery charge applies to England and Wales. The prices applied to other areas are detailed below :

Small Parcel Items £3.95
- The small parcel charge is for small accessories and soft furnishings, delivered via a national parcel service. The charge covers deliveries to all mainland postcodes.
- The small package items are normally delivered within 5 working days of payment.
- Deliveries to offshore postcodes are priced as shown below :

Collection from our Warehouse
- To avoid a delivery charge we can arrange for a collection from our warehouse in Warminster, Wiltshire.
- Collections are by appointment only and can usually be arranged between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday.
- All collections must be pre-arranged - please contact us after purchase to arrange a convenient collection date and time.
Delivery Access
- Please remember it is your responsibility to make sure there are no access or space restrictions at the time of your delivery
- It is important to make sure you measure the designated area and access ways for your new furniture; all of our products will be packaged for transit and we ask you to allow a 70mm tolerance on all product dimensions to allow for this
- Please also consider skirting boards, staircases, doorways and lifts when measuring up.
- Unfortunately, should we deliver an item and find it will not fit due to lack of measuring, a collection charge may be applied
- Assistance may be required to deliver to properties with awqward access or steps. If a 2-man delivery service is required or items need to be delivered upstairs, please contact us before placing your order.
Stock Due Items
If your order is in stock and you are available to receive your order, delivery will usually be made within a maximum of 10 working days.
If the item is listed as "delivery in X weeks", this means the item is due to be in stock in this number of weeks* and will be dispatched once it has arrived in stock
If you have placed an order including an item that is out of stock, we will usually wait until your whole order is in stock to arrange your delivery. If you would prefer to have items delivered separately as and when they are in stock, this can often be arranged but may incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact us to discuss this further.
