Casa Bella, Our Story

Casa Bella is a Family Owned Furniture Retailer in Warminster, Wiltshire, in the South West of England, however it's been quite the journey. As we continue to grow, we always remember our roots, and the important values which come with being a family owned business.

From humble beginnings in 2006, Rob and Suzanne, who, having recently moved into their first home, began from a small workshop in Westwood. A move that saw them taking delivery of 200 packages of solid, teak garden furniture from Java, Indonesia, into their 100sqft container.

Importing fantastic wooden, handmade furniture from around the world, proved to be a winning formula, and they moved into a small warehouse outside Melksham. For the next 6 years, as they continued to grow, whilst still working full time, they learned the world of furniture, and it was during this time they saw the need to move away from garden furniture to create a more round business.

It was the discovery of the growing popularity of Indian Cabinet Furniture that really saw Casa Bella become the mango wood purveyor it is today.

After developing 3 ranges of Indian Mango furniture, Casa Bella grew in popularity until they ended up moving into a much larger warehouse in Westbury.

It was at this time that, not only did Casa Bella grow as a business, but they grew as a team too, for as they welcomed their first daughter in 2013, they also saw the need to create a team to help with the ever growing stock, and deliveries.

Robs background in Computer programming and the pairs keen eye and love for photography has given them a real propensity for creating a customer journey that engages, yet works.

In 2021, after 5 years of running a successful high street store in Trowbridge, and continued to grow the online business, it was time to take things to the next level, with the move to a 15000sqft warehouse in Warminster, equipped with a 2000sqft showroom which has taken the place of the shop. With 13 of the most popular ranges on display and a 3D tour for those who can't travel to us. We have definitely come a long way.

Casa Bella’s team has grown to 6 customer service team members, 4 warehouse staff and 2 jolly delivery drivers. We now hold over 3000 furniture products in stock at any one time, and operate two beautiful company vans, delivering across England, Scotland and Wales 6 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
